Something that sets me apart from many frame builders (sadly, I think) is that I actually ride bikes a lot. Riding of course, as you might expect, is why I got in to this; and giving the opportunity to others to enjoy their dream bike and be more inspired to go ride is why I continue to build rad bikes.
As a framebuilder I also get to dream about bicycles most of the day, and the bike I just built myself is one that I have been dreaming up for a long time. Rigid singlespeeds are what got me to fall in love with mountain biking in the first place, and not having one for the past two years has been tough. I have also been selling lots of plus size (chubby) tired bikes and it seemed to be just right for this build.
The frame features my signature ovalized top tube, skinny seat stays and a swoopy gusset for added standover.
Other features include fully internal stealth routing for a dropper post, extra bottle bosses and anything cages for overnight adventures and mega-short 420mm chain stays.
Other things I am digging are the chromed out velocity Dually's, Maxxis Chronichle rubber, Hunter Cycles bars (best bars ever!), Twenty6 Products flat pedals and the Brooks C17 saddle.
This bike is seriously a dream bike for myself. I love everything about it and can't wait to keep shredding it all summer long! See more photos below
