This frame took a long time to come together, but it finally did and I think it came out great.
Rick was looking for another 29er to add to his stable, and being a big fan of the Gates belt drive system, also wanted to try out Paragon's new toggle drops - which are designed specifically to work with belts. There were a few road bumps (missed deadlines) in acquiring those, but once they were here the build went smoothly. Paragon will also be making a compatible insert for Shimano direct mount derailleurs. Rick opted for cable routing in case he ever decides to run 1x11.
You may notice the frame is fillet brazed which is becoming more rare, but it is still a lot of fun and these ones should look awesome under some orange powder. You may also notice the wishbone seat stay, which I think I may be switching to if I decide to go with radiused seat stays.
I think this frame is going to turn into a super fun bike for Rick to rip around on the trails near Golden and int the front range of CO, can't wait to see it painted and built up!
Thanks for looking!
